Production Notes

The actual production of MIDNIGHT CHRONICLES began in April 2006 and wrapped principal photography in September of the same year. Post-production has continued through 2007 and 2008, which has included additional photography, visual effect work and audio design. The production was made possible by the hard work and investment of Fantasy Flight Games, and the incredible contributions of a talented cast and crew from the local Minneapolis/St. Paul area.

 

MIDNIGHT CHRONICLES was shot at FFG’s “Landroval Studios” in Roseville, MN and on location in beautiful areas of Wisconsin and Minnesota.

The production of an independent fantasy film has been an incredible challenge. FFG assembled a fantastic team of cast, crew and craftsmen tasked with creating every element seen on screen. We hope that the love, care and serious commitment placed in this production will be appreciated by fantasy audiences everywhere.

We hope to release MIDNIGHT CHRONICLES in the coming months, but a precise date is not yet set. We are still working to solidify a network of distribution partners, but our aims include wide DVD and Blu-ray releases, for-pay internet download availability as well as domestic and international broadcast. In addition, we would seek to work with local and national theater chains and game stores for theatrical releases. We will keep you informed on this web site with more information regarding our release date and distribution availability.
