Midnight Chronicles DVD
Good news! For everyone in the United States, Canada and on the web who’ve been waiting so patiently for a chance to see Midnight Chronicles: the pre-order page is up and the countdown begins!
Midnight Chronicles will be available on DVD from Fantasy Flight Games and for download/rental from iTunes and DriveThruRPG.com starting August 13th. DVDs will also be available for purchase at Gencon 2009.
This is great news. I’ve kept an eye on this since work started and I am very happy to see it finaly comeing to an actual disk.
After such a long road to publication is Landroval Studios still a part of FFG, and is there any chance of more films entering into production if this one sells well?
I was also wondering if it will be available to local game stores through normal distribution channels or just direct from you guys?

Landroval is currently operating as Fantasy Flight Studios- a part of FFG. There is a strong possibility of more movies being made, and the likelihood increases with the sales of Midnight Chronicles.
Yes, it’s my understanding that Midnight Chronicles is available through distribution channels to local game stores.

Frankly, I hope that this version of the DVD has subtitles, just to help non-english speakers. I bought the UK version from Amazon and was very dissapointed to find out that there were no subtitles whatsoever, not even in english.
A pity.
The US version does have subtitles as well as a ton of extras. Smaller movie producers don’t have a lot of say when it comes to foreign distribution.
So whats up…?
Can you guys please tell us or me whats going on as there are no new to be found on IMDB.com or here.
I see one can buy it on amazon.co.uk and in some HMW stores, but that just the ordinary release, where is the special edition one?
and will there be more movies?
